| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/05/2017 16:42:14 | With reference to the earlier letters dated May 03, 2017 and May 08, 2017, regarding Board Meeting, Future Retail Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for Financial Year ended March 31, 2017.
Further, for the aforesaid purpose, pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 12, 2017 to May 25, 2017 (both days inclusive) for designated employees including promoter group and Directors of the Company. |
