Road, Secunderabad - 500 003, inter alia to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, as per Bhagyanagar India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr.Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from 26th July, 2017 to 01st August, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2017. |
