With reference to the above mentioned subject we would like to state you that inadvertently the Un-Audited Financial Result was not made under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015, for quarter ended on 30.06.2017. Now we have rectified said mistake and submitting herewith revised un-audited financial results as per Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013 including all relevant disclosures and adopting Ind-AS format. We hereby also clear and confirm that the figures shown earlier and in present revised results in principal no difference.
We hereby request you kindly ignore our such mistake and take the revised results duly signed on records do the needful at your end.
