| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2015 16:05:33 | Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the “Insider Trading Code” of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015 for approving the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015 and for considering Issue of Bonus Shares, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from October 30, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during aforesaid period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from November 16, 2015. |
