1 On proposal from Audit Committee to the Board, the Board have recommended appointment of M/s Suresh Surana & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No 121750W/W-100010), as Statutory Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of the 44th AGM till the conclusion 49th AGM subject to the approval of the members in the 44th AGM.
2 Appointment of M/s Rashmi Saxena & Associates, Company Secretaries as scrutinizer for e-voting and poll to be conducted for resolutions to be passed at the 44th Annual General Meeting.
3 Approved the Directors Report for the year ended 31st March 2017.
4 Approved the Notice calling 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
