| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 24, 2005, inter alia, have authorised the Board to offer, issue and allot upto 11,40,000 equity shares representing in aggregate upto 16.61% of the total post issue paid up equity shares capital of the Company at Rs 22.10/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each (aggregating to an issue price of Rs 2,51,94,000/- on a preferential allotment basis, on such terms and conditions and in such manner as the Board may think fit. |
