| Exchange Disseminated Time | Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 26, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 05, 2014.
Dividend payout date for the Equity Shares of the Company is September 02, 2014.
Further, in compliance with provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company will be providing to members facility to exercise their right to vote at the 29th Annual General Meeting by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-Voting Services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
The voting period will begin on July 29, 2014 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on July 31,2014 at 6.00 p.m. |
