| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Lease Financing Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 05, 2010, inter alia, have transacted the following business :
Ordinary Business :
1. Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2010 and Profit and Loss account for the year ended on that date together with Reports of Auditors and Directors thereon, were received, considered and approved.
2. Shri Vasant Shah, Director, who retires by rotation, was reappointed as Director of the Company.
3. Shri A. B. Shah, Director, who retires by rotation, was re-appointed as Director of the Company.
4. M/s. C. C. Choksi & Co., Chartered Accountants, who retired at the conclusion of 27th Annual General Meeting, were re-appointed as Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of Audit Committee of the Company.
Special Business :
5. Shri Harnish Patel was reappointed as Director In Charge of the Company for a further period of one year with effect from April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2011 without any remuneration. |
