| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/11/2016 14:44:23 | Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on December 07, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the matter related to the approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter /half year ended on the September 30, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17. This is being subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
Trading window in respect of aforesaid meeting, shall remain closed for a period of 7 days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 48 hours thereafter i.e. from the November 30, 2016 to December 09, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
