Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for said purpose, for all the directors and designated persons of the Company with effect from November 26, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Meeting. |
