-Audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ended 30th September, 2017;
-Audited standalone and unaudited consolidated segment reporting for the quarter and half - year ended 30th September, 2017;
-Audited standalone and unaudited consolidated Balance Sheet as at 30th September, 2017; and
-Payment of interim dividend of ? 2.65 (Rupees two and paise sixty five only) per equity share of the face value of ? 1 (Rupee One) each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2018 and the same shall be paid to the members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the 'Record date' i.e. Wednesday, 1st November, 2017 on or after 3rd November, 2017.
