Further the Company has successfully completed the said project 102 days prior to the schedule Completion date and in lieu of the earlier completion of the Project, Company is entitled to received the maximum Bonus amount Rs. 4.92 Crore. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from March 21, 2017 to March 23, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
