| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/09/2016 12:28:24 | Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of cost optimization and effective utilization of resources, the Company has executed an agreement dated September 13, 2016 with the Union of workers in the factory of the Company situated at Wada, Village Kudus, Bhiwandi Wada Road, District: Palghar.
Pursuant to the said agreement, 166 permanent workers of the Company have voluntarily resigned from the Company and compensation as per the aforesaid agreement has been paid to them by the Company. |
