1. To note the Nomination of Shri. B. Ramakrishnan, General Manager, TIDCO as Director of the Company in place of Shri. B. Viswabarathy and to note the resignation of Shri. B. Viswabarathy.
2. To confirm the un-audited results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2009 approved by the Sub Committee of the Board and review of Limited Review Report.
