Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) & (6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 20 June 2017 (today) has appointed Mr. Andrew H. DeLeone as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 20 June 2017. Mr. Ashok Ganesan has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. 20 June 2017.
Kindly note that for the aforesaid purpose, the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from 20 June 2017 (now onwards) to 22 June 2017 (both days inclusive).
Mr. Andrew H. DeLeone is not related to any director of the Company. Brief Profile of Mr. Andrew H. DeLeone is enclosed as 'Annexure A' (Annexure A forms part of the attachment).
