Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the Company's securities shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from January 24, 2015 till February 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of quarterly financial results. |
