Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the Company's securities shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from October 15, 2015 till October 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of quarterly financial results. |
