1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended and 4th quarter ended March 31, 2015;
2. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any;
Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Employees covered under the Code from May 19, 2015 till June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
