| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business :
1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2014, together with relevant segment reporting.
2. To recommend final Dividend for the F.Y 2013-14 (payable after approval of 18th Annual General Meeting), if any.
"Trading Window" under provisions of "BOB Directors and Employees Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" have been closed from April 30, 2014 to May 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
