| Exchange Disseminated Time | Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, by a resolution through circulation, approved the appointment of Mr. Narendra Ambwani as an Additional Director, to be a Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company from April 06, 2011 upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting as per the provisions of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956.
He has also been appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee, Shareholder/Investor Grievance Committee and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of the Board of Directors. |
