| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/07/2016 17:16:00 | | Birla Ericsson Optical Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2016, inter alia took note of the termination of the Joint Venture Agreement consequent to completion of the inter se transfer/acquisition of equity shares held by Ericsson Network Technologies, AB (Formerly known as Ericsson Cables AB), Sweden (hereinafter referred as ENT). Pursuant to inter se transfer of 82,50,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by ENT to the other Indian promoters/promoter group persons/ entities of the Company, ENT has ceased to be promoter/shareholder/technical collaborator of the Company.
