| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:
- Close down the made-ups manufacturing operations of its rented premises/unit located at A-16/2, Site IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - 201010.
However, due to the objections raised by some of the lenders (Bankers) and Nominee director of State Bank of India, the proposal of delisting of equity shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited(BSE) have been dropped and resolution have not been approved by the Board of Directors. Hence, the equity shares of the Company will remain listed at the BSE & NSE and no delisting will be done from BSE. |
