| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/12/2016 12:37:53 | With reference to the earlier letter dated November 23, 2016 regarding December 06, 2016 had been fixed as the Record Date by the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company for determining the Shareholders of erstwhile Pricol Limited who will be entitled to be allotted equity shares in Pricol Limited (Formerly known as Pricol Pune Limited) pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation (scheme).
Pricol Ltd has now inform that pursuant to the scheme, a meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on December 07, 2016 to issue and allot to each shareholder of the amalgamating company, erstwhile Pricol Limited whose name is recorded in the register of members of erstwhile Pricol Limited on the Record Date December 06, 2016. |
