| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble Bombay High Court has at the hearing held on December 18, 2015, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Blue Star Design and Engineering Limited ("BSDEL") with Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited ("BSEEL") and their respective shareholders and creditors. The authenticated copy of the final order is still awaited. Blue Star Design and Engineering Limited and Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company. |
