| Exchange Disseminated Time | Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that as required under Circular dated May 11, 2015 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Company confirm that the Board of Directors of the Company have formulated the:
1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to Reg. 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (Regulations).
2. ‘Code of Conduct’ to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities of the Company pursuant to Reg. 9 of the said Regulations. |
