| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/01/2017 14:54:57 | Summit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct ('the Code') adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 21, 2017 upto February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on February 05, 2017.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from January 21, 2017 upto February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
