Further, in the same Board meeting the Board had approved the reconstitution of the Share Transfer and Investor Grievances committee and inducted Mr. Ashwani Kumar Independent Director as the Chairman of the Share Transfer and Investor Grievance Committee and the reconstituted committee is as follows:-
