| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:-
1. Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
2. Approval of Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulation 2015 the window for trading in the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016 to consider and approve, Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
All the designated Directors, Employees and Connected persons are advised not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period. |
