This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. 23rd January, 2018 has approved the revision in Remuneration payable to Ms. H S Zaveri, (DIN - 00003948), Vice-Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f. 1st October, 2017 till the end of her tenure on 30th September, 2020, subject to approval of the Members in the next Annual General Meeting. All the other Terms and Conditions relating to her appointment shall remain unchanged.
