| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Arun C Ashar, as Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. S V Ghatalia & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
