Further, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 till February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of Banks Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders. The trading window shall be open for trading in securities from February 15, 2016. |
