1. To consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2004 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To fix the remuneration of Statutory / Branch Auditors appointment by the Comptroller and Auditors General of India for the year 2004-2005.
3. Re-appointment of Shri A Didar Singh as Director of the Company. |
