Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017, to consider and approve, inter alia, (a) the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017; (b) declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2017-18; and (c) fund raising by way of issue of secured and/or unsecured Indian rupee denominated and/or foreign currency denominated bonds, in one or more tranches.

We further wish to inform that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed, and shall remain closed till October 25, 2017.
