Increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequential alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 2. Issuance of 11900000 Equity Shares on preferential basis to Strategic Investor Kuber Global Fund, a company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius and 5300000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares on preferential basis to Promoters at such price as may be arrived at, as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations. 3.
