| Exchange Disseminated Time | Radix Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2012 inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider and approve the Un Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2011.
2. To take note of the Certified True Copy of the Court Order of Hon'ble High Court of A.P. approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement of the Company, with members and un secured creditors.
3. To fix Record Date for the purpose of identifying the List of shareholders for the purpose of Reduction of Capital by 90 % and thereafter Consolidation of reduced shares into Rs.10/- each. |
