VMSS & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 328952E) as a Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years in place of the existing Statutory Auditor, B. Chhawchharia & Co (Firm Registration No. 305123E) who was not eligible for further appointment as Statutory Auditor of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder, w.e.f. the ensuing 56th Annual General Meeting of the Company which will scheduled to be held on 27th September, 2017.
The said appointment will be subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing 56th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 27th September 2017. |
