Re-appointment of Mr. Jagmohan J. Chhabra as Whole-time Director of the Company designated as "Executive Director" with effect from April 1, 2016 for a further period of three years on the expiry of his current term of office, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
