Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company for the Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the First Quarter Ended on June 30, 2015. |
