1. Mr. K Sridhar has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non Executive and Independent) of the Company with effect from August 01, 2016. Mr. K Sridhar will be holding office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and will be eligible for appointment as a regular Independent Director thereat for such term subject to the approval of members of the Company.
2. Mr. Vidyuth Rajagopal, son of Promoter Directors, Mr. V. Rajagopal and Mrs. Rama Rajagopal has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive Director) with effect from August 01, 2016 for a term of 3 Years, and the terms and conditions relating to the said appointment, including remuneration, in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2013, subject to the approval of members of the company at the next Annual General Meeting. |
