(MPPKVVCL), Indore, has awarded three contracts for outsourcing of unskilled, Semi-skilled manpower for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Work and other related services to M/s. A2Z Infraservices Ltd. ('a material subsidiary of the Company'). The aggregate value of the said contracts is INR 56,69,81,593.52/- (Rupees Fifty Six Crore Sixty Nine Lakh Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Three and Fifty Two Paise Only) excluding Goods & Services Tax (GST).
