| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Price Variation, Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :
"Nothing has happened as far as operations of our company are concerned in the last 2-3 months which can have any impact on the performance / operations of the company.
Without prejudice to the above, we wish to inform you that following legal proceedings were initiated against Mr. Anil Agrawal, M/s. Comfort Intech Ltd. And M/s. Comfort Securities Limited by the Company and the recent development is as under:
1. The Supreme Court of India has ordered to issue notice and granted liberty to serve the standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra in the matter of SLP filed by the Company, arising out of final impugned judgment and order dated 08.12.2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 2059 of 2014 pertaining to FIR of Economic Offence Wing, Mumbai against Mr. Anil Agrawal, M/s. Comfort Intech Ltd. And M/s. Comfort Securities Limited.
2. The Suit filed by M/s. First Financial Services Private Limited, Chennai against the company has been disposed off in favour of the Company.
Other suits and complaints filed by the company are pending before the courts and investigation by the Police Authorities and these proceedings were initiated and I or pending since two years and have no direct bearing on the performance / operations of the company which can have any bearing on the price of the shares of the company." |
