1. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
2. To consider and approve Shifting of Registered office of the Company within the local limit of the City.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for Designated persons and their immediate relative from February 02, 2017 till February 12, 2017 (Both day inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after announcement of the financial result of the Company to Stock Exchange. |
