("Target Company") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the Equity Shareholders / Beneficial Owners of equity shares of the Target Company, which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement cum Public Notice dated April 30, 2010 ("Public Announcement" or "Announcement") ("PA").

The Equity Shareholders of the Company are requested to note that, the Company has decided to continue its buy-back offer beyond 10,00,000 Equity Shares i.e. the Minimum Offer Shares.

The Capitalized terms and abbreviations used in this Corrigendum shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Announcement, unless otherwise specified.
