| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/02/2017 14:58:00 | Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3) and to consider declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2016-2017.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for the Insiders covered under the Company's "Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders" would commence from 6:00 p.m. on February 01, 2017 and end 48 hours after Unaudited financial results as above and declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2016-2017, if any, being made Public on February 10, 2017. |
