Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the IndiGrid will remain closed from July 4, 2017 until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited quarterly financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
