| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/05/2017 12:31:10 | Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2017 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for financial year 2016-17 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2017 to June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose. |
