| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend as details below:
1. 5% on 5% redeemable cumulative Preference Shares
2. 25% on the Equity Shares (Rs 2.50 per share)
Further, Mr. Ajay G Piramal has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and Mrs. Urvi A Piramal has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Company .
Also Mr. Pradipto Mohapatra has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from June 08, 2006. |
