2. To acquire / take over of M/s. Nocil Infrastructure Limited as wholly owned Subsidiary.
3. To change Independent Director by appointment of Mr. Bohman J. Irani in place of Mr. Tabrez S. Shaikh who is resigning from Board.
4. To decide time, place and date for calling Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for their approval. |
