| Exchange Disseminated Time | Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that all the concerned persons are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed by the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited the Trading Window for the shares of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited will remain closed from February 07, 2015 to February 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited which is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended as on December 31, 2014.
Accordingly, all persons to whom the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited is applicable and also those persons to whom the said Code is not applicable but, who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. |
