Panasonic Energy India Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is in the process of filling application to Central Government for approval under Section 198, 269, 309, 310, 311, Schedule XIII and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 requesting for approval to increase the remuneration payable to Mr. S. K. Khurana, Chairman & Managing director of the Company.

In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the newspaper publication on December 10, 2013, under Section 640B of the Companies Act,1956.
